During my time at JF, I was fortunate to gain hands-on product management and entrepreneur experience at a fast-paced, tech start-up. Senior Product Manager

● Led all product, development, and customer support strategies for JumpForward’s (JF) product suite.
● Designed, developed, and released JF’s Digital Forms and Workflow System, which processed over 4M
digital forms annually.
● Designed, developed, and released JF’s Complimentary Tickets product used by over 250 college athletic
departments, with complete integration into the JF product suite.
● Designed and led development of JF’s Camp Solution, which processed over $10 million since its launch in
April 2014 and was a key disruptor in the college camps space leading to JF acquisition.
● Led a R&D team of 10 (3 remote in India) and revamped engineering processes by implementing weekly
code reviews, agile methodologies, and design standards.
● Led full company rebranding initiative; new website and GTM message, documented design standards.

● Created, designed and led engineering of JumpForward’s (JF) inaugural Compliance Toolbox SaaS product used by over 350 college athletic departments to maintain and monitor NCAA compliance.
● Managed product and engineering teams in development of JF’s Coach Solution Web App used by over 20,000 coaches as the hub for all recruiting and team operations.
● Designed and led engineering development of JumpForward’s iOS App & Android Apps, which are used daily by over 5,000 coaches for day-to-day recruiting and compliance activities.
● Designed JF’s Mass Email Marketing System, managed its development, and led its integration across JF web and mobile product suite resulting in an average of 5 million emails delivered monthly.
● Led each product from inception to release by wire-framing, design iterations, writing requirements, all front-end QA, developing help documentation, training sales and support and traveling to campuses to train top customers.
